Our website development is done based on documentation. It allows us to work with any kind of organisation from governmental organisation and big corporate to small business.

Small jobs (under $1500) or jobs that consists of predefined / pre-done products

  • Customer contact us and we have a chat by email, phone, face time or skype.
  • If necessary we write and sent him a quotation, he has to approve it in written.
  • He pay and we customise (if applicable) and deliver. All should take hours to days.

Complex projects, in most cases are very custom requests or web applications

  • Customer contact us and we have a chat by email, phone, face time or skype.
  • We write and sent him an initial quotation, he has to approve it in written.
  • Customer will pay technical specifications in full and we build it. More discussions may take place during this phase. This may take days to weeks, it depends of project complexity and customer "change his mind". When done he must sign it off. He wil get his copy, an original signed by us as well
  • We build the project exactly as is described in technical specification. Any change requested during this phase may be charged on top.

Project documents:

  • Initial quotation which done based on discussion with the customer about its ideas and needs. It contains estimated time frame and financing options as well.
  • Non-disclosure agreement, protect our customers ideas and materials he may provide to us.
  • Technical specification. After the quotation was accepted by the customer, our specialists will analyse, plan and write it down.

Technical specifications

Its purpose is to eliminate any misunderstanding related with the project. If project is complex, while is written down may be necessary more meetings / discussion. Technical specification consist of:

  • Basic project description
  • Website / application content
  • Website functionality
  • Website / application accessibility
  • Site maps of the website / application
  • Website / application layout, each page area will have its own design
  • Execution timeframe
  • Final costs and payment schedule

Having technical specification we are certain that our customer understand exactly what they will receive and OLALA specialists understand exactly what they have to deliver to the customer. Also, the documentation will allow a good time management and a realistic cost estimation of the development process.

When above document is approved, the customer should be happy with the website / application appearance and functionality.

During the web development process, our customer will see their website / application while online in our development area and he will be able to give us his feedback in real time. He will be able anytime to check development status against technical specifications: development schedule, functionality & appearance.

All stages of development are documented and OLALA keeps track of all the changes and completed tasks.

During development, anytime someone from OLALA will work on a project he will fill in a document named job track document. He must write one record per task executed and he must fill in: what was done and time he worked on that task (and of course his name). At the end of the day this document is saved as PDF and send to the customer.
Doing this customer will know every single day what was done on his project and he can compare status of project in development with the status on the paper.
This document contains all details about invoices and payments related with this project as well. Having it customer and OLALA team know at a glance all about project.

IT services

IT services provided by OLALA includes but are not limited to: computer fix and upgrade, OS optimise / re install, local network debug / setup local office migration to cloud (Amazon or Microsoft Azure). Our relations with clients are based on Australian laws.

  • He pay as per our agreement and we schedule and execute the job. All should take hours to days.
